2 separate, well-crafted, owne- built homes with a nice yard in between. There is a full, ground floor basement with garage doors onto the alley in back. Each home has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and another bathroom in the ground floor basement. The house in front has a dining room and has larger rooms but the ground level basement in the back house with two garage doors on the alleyway makes up the difference and more.

What I love about the home

These homes were built in 1906 and 1917. The owners lived on Market Street in downtown San Francisco and after the earthquake they decided to move to Vallejo and build for themselves a home. The same family lived in these houses until 2000 when they sold to investors. We purchased them in 2003 and have loved living here ever since. They are well made. Survived Loma Prieta earthquake quite nicely. The electricity was upgraded when we moved in and so we do not have to use fuses anymore. I can add some interior photos if desired.
