Exterior Features:This house is on a 38,332 sq ft lot. Curb appeal is nice. It is a painted concrete block home in good shape.. Roof is 3 tab asphalt shingle type in worn condition. There is a dirt circular drive in front and a one car carport to the side. The back yard is very big and has a swimming pool surrounded by it's own fence. There is a separate pool house or mother in law suite next to the main house.Interior Features:This is a 3 bed 2 bath house with 1970 sq ft. Flooring is wood,vinyl, and some unfinished. The hardwoods are in decent shape but could use a refinishing. The main living area needs a floor covering. There is vinyl in the kitchen in decent shape. The kitchen has nice cabinets and laminate counter tops. Dishwasher is present.. There is some ceiling damage in the kitchen. The pool house has one bedroom and one bath. It has tile floors that are in good shape. There are no appliances but it does have a kitchen area. There are hot water heaters present in each house.  More Less
