What I love about the home

Large and extremely private, lovely cul de sac, friendly neighborhood. Excellent layout, design, extra touches, lighting and fixtures are gorgeous, quality craftsmanship in home. Convenient to shopping, Tampa, beaches, Orlando, etc. New Hospital (Medical Center of Trinity) being built within 3 miles drive. LOW taxes, Flood Insurance NOT needed, cheap H.O.A. fees ($336 yr.), Deed restricted. Outside of house newly and professionally painted with top of the line Sherwin Williams brand paint. Brand new in 2009/10: wainscoting at kitchen bar, custom color painted living area and bedrooms, water softener AND added conditioner system throughout house (healthier water), dimming under-cabinet lighting in kitchen. Add a pool, spa, hot tub or better yet, the back yard would make amazing out door living area-we have estimates for large pavered decking with outdoor fireplace, pergola, lighting, and landscaping (gorgeous idea!) with drawing for prospective buyers to view for ideas.
