You will enter into an open floor plan living and dining area with the kitchen at the back. The open space works well for a variety of set ups with plenty of room for large dining area or sitting/reading nook. Lots of natural sunlight comes in through the eastern exposure.
Luxury kitchen offers granite countertops, 42" cabinets, glass mosaic tiled backsplash, modern pendant lights, stainless steel appliances (5-burner gas range stove, french door refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave) and a large island for extra prep space.
There is a half bathroom at the back of the house, right before the door to your fully fenced in, concrete back patio
perfect for BBQ, planters, patio furniture and relaxing in the nice weather!
The main portion of the basement is finished with tiled flooring and has a front loading washer & dryer to make a nice, clean laundry area with room enough for small desk, chair, or bike storage with even more storage options in the large unfinished portion and utility room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with the modern 3-piece bath off the main hall, which has granite vanity and marble tiled tub surround with glass tile accents. The bedrooms on either end of the home are very large, while the one in the middle is a bit smaller and may work better as an office room or nursery.
