Located in Azusa north of Foothill on Dalton Street. As you drive up the street you will fall in love with the charm each home has to offer to the neighborhood. If you love the mountains you are just a short drive to the Azusa Canyons. Enjoy the tranquility the mountains have to offer as well as hiking trails and waterfalls. Home is also just a short distance from shopping, restaurants ans Azusa Pacific University. This charming home is was just landscaped. As you drive up to the home you will see the grass just starting to sprout. Give it a few weeks and you'll have lush green grass in the front and backyard. Have you always wanted a front porch to lounge on warm summer nights? This home has a covered porch for you to enjoy! As you walk in the cozy living room with hardwood floor and wall to wall windows imagine your furniture and family. The bedrooms and bathroom are off the hallway.
