This beautiful twin home was build by the popular builder Brad Paul. A True Quality Builder. The windows has the trade mark "window seat" where people can sit and look out the window. The "window seat" is located in the master bedroom and the upstairs family room. There was some water damage 1 year ago due to a pipe breakage; however, there was NO mold from it. The basement carpet was removed and approx 2 feet of the lower half of the sheet rock was removed. The water was quickly taken care of to prevent any mold from happening.We have the sheet rock (in the garage) but never got around to putting it up. House needs minor repair with new carpet and a paint job.There is a fireplace downstairs in the family room. Nice to snuggle up with a loved one on those cold North Dakota nights.It is close to a soccer field. The neighborhood is quiet. This is a foreclosure property and the bank has approved a short sale.
