We are looking for a tenant who will care for their apartment like its their own. Landlord pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for power which includes baseboard heating and window AC units. Deposit of $675 plus first months rent is due before move-in for 2 bed, $550 for 1 bed, and $425 for efficiency.. Pets are allowed for an extra $25 a month.
