Just a half block from the historic Grace Cathedral and the California Street Cable Car line, at the Top of the Hill in Nob Hill, this is a must stay for your visit to San Francisco whether for holiday or business. This post 1906 earthquake early 20th century Edwardian has hardwood flooring throughout, and the interior has been renovated to bring the convenience of new together with the charms of old. From an entryway chandelier that reminds one of the Gas Lamp District, to painted wood wainscoting, a well lit living room and dining room parlor, wood beam ceiling designs, and a renovated kitchen with butcher block counter tops, we are certain you will feel charmed and welcomed in Nob Hill. There are breath-taking views that span from the East side of Nob Hill down to the San Francisco East Bay shores south of Market Street ,westward to Twin Peaks that are available from the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Master and Second Bedroom, and these views also provide a beautiful naturally lit home in the daytime. For those who enjoy the social atmosphere, Nob Hill is an affluent district, home to many of the city's upper class families as well as a large young urban professional population, perfect for the business traveler. This unit is a third floor flat that is located on a steep hill/street and has no elevator access, wheelchair or stroller access will be a challenge.
