The location is great for those who work downtown, and there is easy access to the freeway (and airport!) via 7th St. The Roosevelt district is within walking distance, and there are several grocery and general stores within the area for your convenience. This neighborhood is generally quiet and well-kept. Rent for this unit will be $925, and this includes WSG/city utilities. Tenant pays his/her own electric, gas, and cable/internet bills. A $750 deposit is required upon move-in (in addition to 1st month's rent), and $675 of this is refundable. 12-month signed lease agreement required.
