One deeded parking spot. A very quiet building, yet located right in the middle of everything that beautiful Beverly has to offer. Very convenient commuter location close to Route 128 as well as shopping, restaurants, downtown, and as a bonus, the Cummings Center office park is located only a half mile down the road. MINT!
