Excellent neighborhood, within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. I feel compelled to challenge the 46 walk-ability score, maybe I am out of touch having lived here so long, but compared to most Las Vegas area neighborhoods, the car is really optional for 90% of trips in temperate weather. Without question, the best schools in the Las Vegas valley.
