This stunning, contemporary, 3 bedroom + 3 full bathrooms, single-family like home, features an open floor plan with island kitchen and spacious living/dining room with gas fireplace. It has been meticulously designed to capture the best of modern living and includes 1-car parking in extra large garage (and lots of easy, free on-street parking, as well) at the end of a cul-de-sac. 1030 Mississippi has a lot of outdoor space for entertaining and gardening, including 2 front balconies for lounging and eating, as well as a 3-level split garden in the back (approx 400 sqft). Lots of sunshine and plants grow well here. The home is a two-level condo in a 2 condo-building. The top level is a very large master bedroom, with room for a spacious sitting area, with walk-in closets, and a huge en-suite luxury bathroom with spa tub. The other bedrooms are located on the main floor. The second master bedroom is also very private with an en-suite bathroom (with separate spa tub & shower) and lots of closet space and access to rear garden. The small bedroom also has access to the rear garden. The home has LOTS of closet space. The house also has a video security system, as well as security cameras. The neighbors are extremely polite, respectful, and clean.

What I love about the home

Walking neighborhood that is transforming as I write this. This home is situated on the edge of Potrero Hill and Dogpatch, within easy walking distance to the 22nd Street Caltrain Station and the 3rd Street Muni Rail line. The other plus is that this is the SUNNY side of SF! This location provides easy access to the 280 and 101 freeways south and north and easy access to the Financial District.
