This home has 6 bedrooms with a big 2 car garage and lots of shelving spaces and cabinets for storage. Bathrooms locations are 1 in the master and in the hallway and 1 downstairs in one of the bedrooms. Two of the bathrooms are complete with tub and the one downstairs has no tub just shower only with 2 showerheads.
The front and back yard have a sprinkler system with automatic timer to set watering times during the summer months. The basement is fully finished with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The back yard has lilac bushes around the fence that bloom every spring and summer giving a very fragrant smell and look very beautiful. We have roses in the front and other various flowers that grow every year. In the back we have a small garden that has strawberries that grow every year. You can plant other fruits and vegatables also. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Occasionally you will find antelope walking down the street. The schools are centrally located and a city bus stop is located a block from the house on Aronson if needed. I would say this is one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Usually homes put on the market for sale in this neighborhood sell very quickly. A new 3 ton AC unit installed in 2013. Also a new high pressure toilet installed in the bathroom downstairs in 2014. It works great and so does the AC. It can freeze you out when the temp is 100 degrees outside.  More Less
