We also offer a shared storage room for all tenants of the complex!!!
We have onsite laundry open 24 hours a day (our tenants love this feature since they can do their laundry at any hour of the day / night). ***WATER AND TRASH ARE PAID FOR!!!*** Sorry, no pets allowed. Maximum tenancy for this 2-bedroom unit is 4 people total (which includes children).
Our community is very quiet (we have a strict noise policy), cozy (only 10 units total), family-friendly (everyone knows one another and is respectful of one another), and has a pleasant courtyard. We are located in a serene neighborhood only minutes away from Downtown Downey shops and restaurants and the 710, 5, and 605 freeways. Downey is a peaceful suburb that is CENTRALLY LOCATED between Downtown Los Angeles and Orange County, so you're in the PERFECT locale to quickly drive to these two big metropolises!!!
