Fully updated and immaculate ranch home with privacy, wonderful mountain views, big windows, ample storage, and 3 living areas. Great floorplan with large living areas.
Many upgrades include roof, insulated doors, Atrium windows, efficient heating and 5 ton a/c unit, kitchen upgrades (cabinet tops, stove, oven, sink, vent, etc.), and newly renovated sunroom.
2 car garage is oversized with newer overhead doors and openers. There's a nice work area with bench, shelves, and cabinets and another room for gardening or storage.
A heated, finished room over the garage w/half bath makes great storage area or could be restored and used as a teenager's retreat.
Neighborhood Description
Quiet, established neighborhood with community spirit and pride, built around Four Hills Country Club near the foot of the Sandia mountains in southeast Albuquerque. Snow skiing and mountain hiking are close by, and there's easy access to I-40. A 1 1/4 mile walk or drive from this home will get you to Manzano/Four Hills open space, which is part of the Sandia Foothills open space and offers hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Mature trees add to the established feel of the area, and there are incredible mountain views throughout the community. Four Hills is a unique and charming neighborhood.

Peaceful, friendly neighborhood with mature trees and hills. Beautiful mountain views from master bedroom, kitchen & dining, living room, sunroom, and backyard. Backyard abuts large Four Hills Arroyo for added privacy and space. Empty lot (owned by neighbor) next door for even more privacy and space. Great neighborhood for walks, with open space nearby. Close to mountain hiking and 30 minutes to ski slopes. Safe neighborhood with much community spirit. Close to Four Hills Country Club.
