This townhouse is spacious, with great lighting, lots of storage, and has been well cared for/updated. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, the neighborhood is welcoming, and the homeowners' association is well managed and in good financial standing. HOA dues are $200 per month and include all maintenance of the exterior of the home, common areas, landscaping, lake access trails, etc. Maintenance issues on the grounds or exterior of the home require only a simple call to the property manager -- she's VERY responsive and helpful.
