Outstanding opportunity to buy a hillside home with a view on a very quiet and secluded street. According to the seller, the home is a legal duplex and shows as such on the property detail report. Buyer and/or buyers agent to verify. There is a one car garage and a huge backyard with shade trees although it needs maintenance and trimming.
