My Notes

Millen Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in NH and very few homes come on the market here - now is the time. Year round home sits right on the shore. Gorgeous views of the lake with boat dock and raft for swimming-house is log veneer and has ample room for family and friends. Great kitchen with gas cooking, large dining area, breakfast nook overlooking the lake, sleeping porch, 2 bedrooms on first floor and additional on second floor, Oversized two car garage with room above and plenty of room for all the toys. An energy audit was done in 2010 and any adjustments were made for heating and power with less cost. Basement is walkout and is finished with family room and large office. Too much to mention!!!
