5 bedroom, 3.5 bath ranch house plus 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house/apartment above over sized garage with separate entrance. The property is 2.3 acres and partially fenced. Great for horses. The views are great and it's in a quite neighborhood. The original garage was converted to a bonus/family room. A second 640esf garage was added with a second story for the apartment. The kitchen has been nicely updated with new tile counters, back splash and flooring. The cabinets and pantry have been beautifully refinished. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens to the dining area. There was a master suite addition making it a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house. The 4th bedroom has it's own bathroom (it was the original master) and there is a half bath in the garage. The living room features a wood burning fireplace w/ insert and a slider to the fenced back yard. The bedrooms are all a nice size, including the master suite. It has it's own sitting/office area, large walk-in closet, private bathroom, large windows and a door to outside. The upstairs apartment/guest house is really nice. The kitchen is real cute with a breakfast bar and a small area for a dining table. The living room is large as is the bedroom and walk-in closet. There is a brand new deck/balcony off the apartment with gorgeous views. There's also a workshop/shed. The property would be great for horses and there is plenty of room for RV, boats, etc...  More Less
