My Notes

Edit
I don't think you could find a sweeter house at a better price. This traditional colonial has beautiful woodwork throughout, not just in one or two rooms. It has all been stripped and redone. If you like beautiful floors, 10 inch moldings and a dining room with built ins - this house is for you. It retains the old world charm with modern amenities such as central air, security system, and new windows, a large updated bathroom and a kitchen that has glass door cupboards. The master bedroom is enormous and has a double closet. The second bedroom has built-in shelves and drawers. You will be pleasantly surprised with the basement. It is neat and nicely painted, dry (some waterproofing), glass block windows, and has extra space you can turn into a TV room or office. Oversize one car garage (almost fits two) with extra storage and shelving in the extra deep back. Fenced yard and very nice patio. This home has been meticulously maintained by its handy owner. Market guide

Zillow predicts North Hill home values will increase 1.5% next year, compared to a 1% increase for Akron as a whole. Among North Hill homes, this home is valued 12.4% less than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 17.4% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In North Hill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 14.7% lower than in Akron, and 94.2% higher than the national average. This lower local number could help North Hill home values rise more quickly than other regions in Akron.
