Don't let the price fool you. This duplex is fully rented with long term tenants paying $1,050/M and in good condition. Split utilities. 2-3 bedrooms in lower and 2 bedrooms upper. Two new furnaces, updated electrical, newer roof and windows, hardwoods in lower unit with ceramic tile in bath. The property went through the ASCET energy program that provided insulation, weatherstripping, and more. Lower units heat bill dropped by half on the budget plan after energy improvements. We do not want to disturb these on time paying and long term tenants. Serious inquiries only.
