Large all brick 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Wooden parquet floor in foyer, deep pile carpeting in formal living room & formal dining room. New granite-looking kitchen counter tops, bay window in kitchen dining area. Lots of cabinets in kitchen, microwave, Jenn-Aire stovetop, Jenn-Aire self-cleaning oven, and dishwasher. No refrigerator included.
Large family room has vaulted ceiling, remote controlled Hunter fan, wood laminate flooring, fireplace with insert, and built-in oak cabinets with glass front. Inviting deck off family room with gazebo leads to fenced in backyard. Non-monitored security system or you can get monitoring for it for $99/yr.
Good sized spare bedrooms feature fans in each room with deep pile carpet in one and wood laminate flooring in the other. Fullsize hall bathroom is newly painted. Master bedroom has a trey ceiling and remote controlled Hunter fan. Large master bath has garden tub & shower.
Storage shed in backyard, 2 car attached garage with automatic garage door opener. Low water bill of $16 month from community well, owner had electric bill of $128 mo for all-electric home.
Home is located in subsouth Macon and is in a quiet, residential area just off Hartley Bridge Rd in a small housing development called Rutland Station. Close to I-475 & I-75, churches, banks, grocery shopping, and fast food restaurants. It's a great location, 15 minutes to downtown Macon.
Security & cleaning deposit is $1000. Last month's rent of $1250 will be collected over first 4 months of the lease. This adds $312 to your monthly rent for four months after you move in unless you pay some or all of the last month's rent up front. You will not have to pay rent the last month you live there.
