This 1959 Concrete block house has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with oak wood floor and old master bath has tile floor. One bedroom has oak wood floor . One bedroom has oak wood floor. The hallway has oak wood floors. The other old bathroom has tile floor across from one of the bedrooms. The small old kitchen is off the hallway. The kitchen has a counter opening area to serve to the dining room and an opening to the large living room. This large living room has oak wood floors.The living room has a door that you step down into garage. Then step down into the dining room addition which has carpet and a window to see the beautiful large back yard. The dining room has a half wall to look into the Florida room and see wood burning fire place. Then step down again into the Florida room. The Florida room has carpet and is an addition. The large Florida room has a brick wood burning fire place and two brick cubbies to put wood or storage and has a mantel to sit down on. The Florida room also has a drop ceiling. The windows in the Florida room are ceiling to floor. There is a door to the beautiful large backyard and patio area. The panels in the Florida room area above the brick fire place are secret doors. The windows have been replaced and the insulation and wiring has been done by the city about two years ago. There is also copper plumbing. The roof is about four years old. The garage is a two door car garage. The garage has rafters for storage and large wood panel storage cabinets. The garage also has an enclosed storage area and enclosed laundry room. There are steps that go up into the inside of the house and also a door to the outside of the house to the sidewalk that leads to the back yard. The drive way is cement concrete. There is a fenced back yard. There is a side walk that leads you to the large beautiful back yard that has Australian pines in the back corner of the yard.
