Originally built in 1921, the historic Los Arcos Court is a collection of Early California Spanish-style bungalows that have been extensively upgraded in 2008. The City of Pasadena's Historic Preservation Department recently recognized this project with an award. The bungalows feature hardwood floors, new baths, new kitchens with granite counters and Maytag appliances, and new systems, including high efficiency HVAC systems, copper plumbing and new electrical system. Each bungalow has a private brand new two car private garage. The grounds are newly landscaped with a center court fountain. Front porches, rear patios, and lovely garden spaces surround each unit. Pictures are displaying the model unit and when the property was staged.
