What I love about the home

Cabin-home is on the last lot on Twin Pines Lane - 300 YARDS from the lake (as close to the lake as you can legally get) and has the ravine and creek on the west side and on the north borders the state of Indiana's Department of Natural Resources property that surrounds the 26,000 acre Patoka Lake recreation area (lake itself is 8,800 acres - the second largest lake in Indiana). Hiking, fishing, hunting in your back yard - I personally caught a 10 lb striped bass from the shore 300 yards from the cabin.
