Great location 20 paces from Metro's #106 bus line. If you work in Seattle (or anywhere near a bus line), this house would make commuting a snap! Desirable part of (Upper) Rainier Beach. Close to schools, I-5, downtown Seattle, and the beautiful Kubota Gardens park. Nice, level lot with large, fully fenced yard. Landscaping includes garden shed, woodshed, and mature cherry tree. The huge deck in the backyard is great for entertaining. Off-street parking (but no garage).
This 1,500 sq.ft. classic rambler has a fantastic floor plan which includes 4 bedrooms, 1.75 bath, living room, family room, kitchen, eating area, and bonus room. This house is deceptively large! It looks like a 2-bdrm. from the street. But it is very deep on the lot and is absolutely HUGE!!
Coved ceilings in the living room and wood trim around some of the windows gives a hint of the old world charm of this carefully cared for home.
