What I love
We enjoy the back yard oasis with the beautiful in- ground pool and the beautiful landscape yard with only a small space of grass to mow; and the rest with maintenance free river rock and mulch around the plants behind the pool. We also enjoy the screened in patio off the dining room, in the evenings looking at the landscape lighting & listeing to the water fall from the pool, in the back yard on nice evenings. We are close to the schools, the beach, the buses, shopping & The Bay Pines VA Hospital. New hot water heater; new AC with a split system in the family room;2 solar tube lighting in kitchen and front hall; solar attic fan; ceramic tile throughout except in family room; tinted family room window; a very large screened in porch off the family room dining area; the family room has a very large back windows to enjoy the view of the pool and back yard landscape.
