From the foyer with built in seating, guest closet and art or flower niche, one of the first custom features you notice is the hand-crafted book shelves in the living room. There is approximately 70 linear feet of open shelving plus concealed lower storage. High ceilings, tall windows and a fireplace with marble surround complete the room. The home includes high ceilings, a butlers pantry, fireplaces in the family and living rooms, wood floors and lavish moldings. Kitchen is adjacent to the family room boasts a walk-in pantry, generous counter space (including a granite topped 3.5 x 7 center island with sink), a 5-burner gas cook top and quality cabinets all topped with slab granite and a tumbled stone backs plash.
