My Notes

High end Granite counter top in kitchen, new carpet, freshly painted, and large bedrooms. Both units have some dual pane windows, off street parking is available in addition to the two frontal spaces of the building. This duplex has a brand new sewer lateral. Sewer lateral certificate is good for the next 20 years. The stairwell rails have been replaced with sturdier and attractive natural wood.

What I love about the home

I lived in the top unit which has a lovely panoramic view of the Colliseum. The Bart station is a short 3 block walk away. The building is very secure and is set back from the street. There is not much noise conductivity in the bedrooms. The backyard has bamboo fencing for decorative privacy. There are large closets in all bedrooms and cabinet space in the kitchen. There are washer/dryer hookups for either electric or gas dryers. All appliances are either new or refurbished and soon the parking lot security gates will be motorized so that residents don't have to leave their cars to open the gates. The security system is state of the art and very affordable.
