Just completing a 2 month facelift on our 3 bedroom,1 bath, 3rd floor apartment. If you want plenty of space along with convenience, this is the home for you with over 1550 sq. ft. of usable area. It even has a view of the Boston skyline.

What I love about the home

The apartment features sparkling hardwood floors, daytime sun filled living room and dining room that has a built-in hutch, and a sunny eat-in kitchen with an attached pantry. There are bay windows in the living room and dining room, 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and an office, washer/drier connections in the bathroom, an 80 square foot 1st floor foyer suitable for a work and/or storage area, and a brand new 170 sq. ft. rear porch. *Efficient gas heat, not oil or electric *Private entrance, not shared *Water, trash and sewer charges included in rent *Seconds not minutes walking to brand new MBTA Blueline station *40 cent auto toll to Boston for residents of East Boston *10 minutes to airport via car or MBTA *10 minutes to Mass Pike by car *5 minutes to proposed tourist facility in Revere *Free on-street parking with resident sticker *This is a no smoking apartment*
