The back yard has 2 dog runs, with gates, bordering the side of the garage and the patio. The ground in the dog runs is covered with # 2 stone with a sand base.
The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It has a nice mixture of retired people, some singles and young families with children.
The neighborhood is close to numerous shopping areas, Malls, 2 large supermarkets, Prime Outlet Mall, schools, (public and private), churches, banks and public trasportation.
The Niagara Falls Water Board has just installed a new water main on this street.
The city is prompt with plowing snow on this street. A city fireman and policeman reside on this street.
The electric, gas and water meters are on the outside of the house for easy reading.
