Two homes on 4.09 FLAT acres of FLAT useable land. One home is 2 bedroom/1 bath - rented at $1300 per month. Second home is manufacturered home 3/2. Property could be used as income producing or live in one and rent the other. Ideal for horse facility, greenhouses, etc.
What I love about the home
There are 7 redwood trees (not native to immediate area), 20+ rose bushes in flower garden, vegetable garden, and fruit trees. It is somewhat secluded yet has views of hills and is very quiet. Horse arena and pastures. Also horse trails all around the area. Private well.
