My Notes

Edit
This one 'plus' bedroom in the Navy Yard's historic Basilica building has a cathedral ceiling living room, architecturally styled brick arched windows, exposed brick wall and hardwood floors. White cabinets line the kitchen which opens into the dining/ living space. The bedroom is warmed by exposed brick and carpeting, the second room is large and can easily be used as a second bedroom and there is a full tiled bathroom. Central AC. Includes one deeded garage space. Great location near the new Spaulding Rehab Hospital, easy access to the free MGH shuttle bus to Green and Red line T's; water ferry and steps to the Harbor!

What I love about the home

Exposed brick, dog friendly, cathedral ceilings, steps from the Boston harbor

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years.
