My Notes

Edit
I am moving and looking to rent out my gorgeous top floor unit in the Atrium Lofts. The living room offers views to the west, including the LeVeque Tower. The living room is wired for surround sound (you can see one of the Bose speakers in the first photo). Both bedrooms have skyline views to the east. All stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom. Top bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, 2 closets (one walk-in), and a huge walk in shower. Bedroom walls are external, so you will never hear your neighbors. One covered parking space beneath the building is included, as well as access to a storage unit. I absolutely love living here...this is the ONLY unit in the building that offers skyline views to both the east and west. The pictures say a lot more than I can type.Available for Nov 1 move in. Located on High between Gay and Long. No dogs (cats ok, extra charge). No smoking. Please let me know if you'd like to tour the unit.  More Less
