Almost 3 acres of scenic, secluded privacy in the historic city of Montgomery, Ohio, only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati! Building lots and land is scarce in the city of Montgomery. The home is one of three custom built homes in the neighborhood and every inch of it was built with top-notch, quality construction. The top level of approximately 3500 sq ft has 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths, den with fireplace, living room, dining room, kitchen nook, kitchen, laundry room, maid's closet, pantry, and two-car garage. The den, dining room, and living room have high ceiling with the den and dining room ceilings constructed with redwood. The entry foyer is finished with gorgeous Italian tile. All rooms have spacious pella windows that are about 1 foot from the floor and a couple of feet from the ceilings. The Pella windows have built-in blinds. The master bedroom has one wall that is almost all windows from floor to ceiling that overlook the heated pool, spa, gazebo, and wooded green space. At night it feels like a resort, especially when the pool lights are on. The hot tub has the option of allowing the water to cascade over the side providing the sense and sound of a waterfall.
The lower level basement of approximately 3500 sq ft has a walk out to the pool area, finished game room with fireplace, workout room, bedroom, full bath, workshop with cabinets, and extensive storage space.
Neighborhood Description
Indianwoods is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood with beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Wonderful neighborhood to raise children with access to paved bike trails all over City of Montgomery and several parks. The City of Montgomery, founded in 1795, is rich in history and diversity. Much of that history is preserved in the eclectic buildings scattered throughout the Heritage District and surrounding neighborhoods. Many of the area buildings and homes are registered landmarks and add to the quaintness of the community.

Today, Montgomery is a thriving northeastern suburb of Cincinnati, situated with easy access to three main highways. Montgomery spreads over 5.2 square miles and has a population of approximately 10,000 residents who have a respect for tradition and an admiration for the Americana feel of a community with a well-preserved history.

Montgomery is a well-planned, aesthetically pleasing residential community with a well-balanced mix of accessible retail and medical services. Our neighborhoods offer a sense of community by enabling relationships that bring about a true feeling of belonging. The miles of sidewalks make Montgomery very walkable and the connectivity brings people together.
With an enrollment of more than 5,600 students, the Sycamore Community Schools has a history rich in tradition and a present brimming with innovation. Because of its excellence, the Sycamore Schools are often cited as the number one reason people move to Montgomery!

There are also several prominent private schools in or near Montgomery, including Ursuline Academy, Moeller High School, Seven Hills Schools, and Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. These schools are also recognized for their quality private education opportunities for Montgomery students.
 
What I love about the home
Home located with back and side facing one of City of Indian Hill's green spaces that is heavily wooded and loaded with deer, wildlife, and huge variety of birds. The home is on a cul-de-sac and the 700 ft. lighted driveway leads back to almost 3 acres of very secluded, private and beautifully landscaped property. Much more privacy now that there is a 12 foot interstate wall that also matches the color of the white brick on the home. Due to the location of the home, there are no other homes nearby and due to the green space it's guaranteed to stay that way.
