What I love about the home

?The thing I will miss the most about our home is the light. Floor to ceiling windows and doors throughout the house give 15ft high views of our gardens and courtyard. The mature landscaping provides 360 degrees of privacy and alleviates the need for curtains. I will also really miss our wonderful neighbors and community fruit, berry and vegetable gardens. Tate's Orchard is four homes on six acres of playground for kids, pets, and adults. Together, we have a greenhouse, pool, hot tub, playing fields and an orchard.? 1. Heated floors 2. Private drive with only 4 houses... never any traffic 3. 20ft ceilings with full height windows 4. Sunken jetted bath in master 5. Courtyard and outdoor spaces 6.
