What I love
TREES, TREES, TREES!!! The lot that this home sits on is beautiful. We live in a neighborhood yet feel like we live in a park. It is very quiet and the neighbors are wonderful. The back yard lends a great space for kids to play. There is also a good wooded area in the back that seperates you from the neighborhood behind you. The back yard with the wooded area has been fenced in with Kentucky Flat Rail with a vinyl coated steel grate to keep pets in. The street is great because it is on a cul-de-sac. All of the traffic of the neighborhood turns off on another street before this home so the traffic is very little. Overall this home is a spectaculor place to live.Neighborhood Description
This is a great neighborhood. It is very close to the new shopping area that includes grocery, pharmacy, and a whole host of other shops & eateries. Also very close to I-275. Approx. 20 Minutes to downtown Cincinnati. There are many families in this neighborhood with kids ranging in age. There is also a good mix of families with young children as well as families with grown children. Everyone in the neighborhood keeps their homes & yards looking pristene. The neighborhood is very large however this street is the first to be built and is the most secluded. All the homes on this street are spaced out nicely and have a good growth of trees as well as mature landscaping. Everything is accessable from this location as well such as Downtown Loveland, Cincinnati, Milford, and outlying areas. Nothing more than 20 Minutes away.More Less
