My Notes

Edit
Harpeth Crest sits at the end of Morton Mill Rd. Drees was the builder for this neighborhood.

What I love about the home

Backs up to 2 horse farms - beautiful views and no neighbors behind. We were not impacted by the 2010 flood.

Neighborhood: South Hampton

Zillow predicts South Hampton home values will increase 2% next year, compared to a 2.5% increase for Nashville as a whole. Among South Hampton homes, this home is 36.6% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 17.9% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In South Hampton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 69.6% greater than in Nashville, and 139% higher than the national average.
