Beautiful Craftsman style Historic Home. Established neighbors and corner lot. Some cosmetic TLC and you are done. This is priced to sell fast. Seller wants a quick escrow. One owner home for all but the past few months. Therefore some cosmetic work is needed. Unknown permits on the downstairs bathroom. Comparable homes fixed up are selling for almost twice this.
