In 2009, the building was updated with a new exterior. The unit has hardwood laminate flooring, dining area, a patio adjacent to the atrium and extra storage. Entry to the building has a waiting area for guests. In the pool area, there are patio tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Comes with one parking space in the subterranean garage. Washer and dryer located in the unit. Five minutes away from Universal City and Studio City, 20 minutes from Downtown LA. HOA includes water, pool, landscaping, maintenance and fire insurance.
