Well built and well maintained exceptional home in exceptional neighborhood. Home exterior completely redone in modern stucco style in 2007.
Home has lap pool, flagstone outdoor dining and recreation area, redwood deck, separate tool shed, offsite studio (great as remote office, yoga studio, art room or teen hangout) and facilties for hobby farm/ranch if you are so inclined. 2 separate large storage sheds.
Inside are modern high quality appliances, hardwood floors (lower level), vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, gas fireplace, newer double paned glass windows, completely remodelled upper level with new bathrooms and many upgrades and updates throughout the rest of the home.
