My Notes

This is a custom home built in 2011 and in a wonderful location. The location is awesome - just minutes away from shopping and restaurants - plus 385, Laurens County, Fountain Inn and Greenville. It is one of those homes when you walk in you know you are at your new home. You actually feel like it is a ranch style home because the master bedroom is on the main level and the other bedrooms are up. Plus, the "man cave" bonus room is upstairs. The entire home has Plantation shutters with the exception of the kitchen which has designer Hunter Douglas Custom Shades. You will love the large bedrooms. When you appraoch the home, you see the beautiful front door with large half-circle transom over the door with sidelights. When you enter, you just stand and look at the beautiful moldings that are so familiar to the Graham Profitt Custom Homes. The door over the office/living room and the dining room have the transons and you see the beautiful stairway from this view also. The office/living room to the left has French doors which close off the area and then you walk thru the dining room - with all the wainscoting and custom moldings into the outstanding kitchen. The kitchen features custom cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island and walk-in pantry. Plus the kitchen has a pass through into the great room. Enjoy seeing the fireplace from the kitchen pass thru and the great room. One of the many things I love about this home is that while you are working in the kitchen, you overlook your breakfast area which looks out to the covered porch and fenced back yard. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with mature Leland Cypress, azaleas, boxwoods and holly trees. It is beautiful! Also, I want to mention that the deck has trex decking and a cozy covered area. You will also enjoy all of the storage space in this home - extra unfinished walk-in storage in the attic, the garage has utility area and extra storage in the bonus room and upstairs bedroom.
