It's that beautiful house at the end of the cul de sac in Windchime. It's pretty, and spacious and comfortable, and welcoming. It has a 27' long rear deck and trees as neighbors on 2 sides. It's turned nicely from the street and greets you with a 46' farmers porch with hip roof and recessed lighting. The wide mahogany porch stairway leads you into an open floor plan with 9' ceilings and hardwood throughout the first floor. The gourmet kitchen boasts an electric cooktop and wall oven with builtin microwave. Giallo Boreall granite countertops offset the 36" antique white cabinets and oversized island designed as combination work space and gathering area. The mudroom is perfect for dropping off backpacks and shoes, and gives privacy to the lavette. Upstairs, the bedrooms are generous. The Master suite has cathedral ceiling, and roomy master bath.
