There are still a few final things to finish this home up, but the price is reflecting that, otherwise this is a turnkey home. Great for a small family or a single person. Nickerson Marina is full of friendly, vibrant neighbors and would love to welcome you to your new home. On site laundry as well as guest bathroom, mailboxes, and storage spaces. What I love about the home

It?s amazing to live on the water for cheaper than most apartments in the Seattle area. At the end of the dock is a picnic table for social gatherings and just relaxing. At the top of the dock is the "garden" area, were plants flourish and neighbors convene to bbq and enjoy a sunny afternoon. Located in the ship canal you get to see everything that is coming into Lake Union and Lake Washington which is pretty amazing. There is enough space on the side of this floating oasis to tie up a boat that is 35 feet or under and a beam of up to 10feet.
