Built in 1971, this one of a kind estate sits on 20 gently rolling acres, mostly fenced pasture, with a large pond and a barn suitable for horses and cattle. The comfortable split level floor plan of the house features a high ceiling entry foyer that leads to a large main floor formal living room finished with paneled walls and brick fireplace. An elegant mirrored dining room and custom French country kitchen adjoin. This level also includes the spacious and airy master bedroom suite with his/her closets and designer bath. Ascending the curved staircase to the upper level reveals three big bedrooms and a hallway full bath. The largest of the bedrooms boasts its own full bath as well. The ground floor level features a giant family room with wet bar offering plenty of room for casual entertaining. A separate utility/storage/mud room has another half bath. What I love about the home

This is a big comfortable home with plenty of room for lots of kids, animals, and the amateur farmer/gardener/hobbyist. It is surrounded by large undeveloped properties and has a private, pastoral feel. Yet, the various amenities of the City of Claremore, Rogers State University, and the Claremore Rec Center are conveniently close by.
