The Zestimate is too low. Extremely low, isn't keeping pace with market. Last two homes, Rockefeller and Rochester listed 1,098,000 and 1,199,000 respectively both sold with multiple offers well above their asking prices. Inventory has dropped to pre-2005 rates.
