Neighborhood Description
The Birchfield Manor Estates are located off of Penny Royal and Gage streets in South Richland. The estates are embedded between two nicely developed, family communities in Birchfield Meadows and The Orchards. There are two parks within walking distance. One with a Sports Court and Big Toys for the little ones and the other with flower gardens trees and a sitting area to watch the wildlife.
The neighborhood is much sought after due to the proximity to all the necessities of life, the schools and the safety in which the community affords. There is a Fire Department within a quarter of a mile from your doorstep with active policing of the Manor and surrounding area. The neighbor's are freindly and actively engaged in our HOA and the surrounding areas.
 

What I love about the home

Very close to the Columbia Center mall area, Shopping (Costco, Albertsons), nice restaurants (Inca's, Bonefish Grill, Tony Roma's, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Azteca's and more), Movie Theatres (Carmike, Regal 8). Very safe neighborhood as well and some of the best schools around.
