Want a nice rental in the heart of downtown Conshohocken? This is it! Along with being freshly cleaned, painted and well-maintained, this home has been nicely upgraded. The large living room and dining room have been newly painted and have beautiful hardwood floors. The kithen is newer in the last couple years-floors, walls, counter-top, stove, dishwasher, range, lighting and cabinets. Off the kitchen is a small room which could have many uses, and also a pantry room with shelving. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with newer carpeting and paint. The bathroom has been updated, and there is an attic for added storage. The basement leads to the fenced back yard. In addition to all those upgrades, there is a newer roof, brand new stucco exterior and all newer windows throughout! You can sit on the front porch and watch the world go by, or walk a very, very short distance to all the restaurants in Conshohocken! Super convenient to the bike path, transportation, highways and shopping.. Don't wait too long, this will not last! Landlord is responsible for Lawn cutting. NO pets please!  More Less
