What I love about the home

Southen exposure with breezes off the Gulf of Mexico. 90 front ft of white sandy beach. 100' dock with lift, clear, clean, deep water. Great fishing, swimming, watching dolfin, great blue herons, shorebirds and baitfish. North side of property on cul de sac has large trees, privacy and is cert. National Wildlife Federation sanctuary.
