Come and take a Look at this 4 bedroom and 1 3/4 bathroom remodeled house with and vaulted ceilings in Whittier. A brand new roof has been installed on April 2014. This house features a large lot perfect for RV parking and plenty of space to entertain. This house has been remodeled. Upgrades include new laminate and tile flooring, brand new kitchen cabinets, with granite countertops, new laundry hook ups in the garage including new drywall, paint, painted bathroom cabinets, exterior light fixtures, new wood fencing, and electrical panels in kitchen and garage. A new window has also been installed in one of the bedrooms. This house is very close to Pioneer High School a shopping center, and the 605 freeway. It will not last long. See it today!
